As the founder of Causism, see definition in the next paragraph, I was very recently introduced to Inner Critic. To say I was surprised at what I read is putting it mildly because I have been researching this same area for well over 50 years and the 50 is not a misprint or typo. As the work unfolded, revealing its incredible truths, I became quite a missionary about it, hence all these years devoted to it.Lear More
A current news item concerns three scientists being awarded the Nobel Prize for their research into how the brain works. It is a classic example of the current confusion that is highlighted in the article that heads my web page.
Apart from my own work, nearly all other research into the human condition is based upon the physical rather than the energy component of life.
At the risk of sounding repetitive, the brain is the centre of the nervous system but has no ability to rationalise and make decisions. It is purely the organ that is the interface between the Being and the body. It is powered and activated by our individual energy for which I have coined the expression, “Human Energy Unit”. The brain tissue extends into and down the spinal cord and if that is severed there is paralysis beyond the break. This highlights the fact that fundamentally the brain is purely a communication medium.Lear More
Introducing a new paradigm, Causism™ along with its practical component the
Mace Energy Method™
Causism is a coined word, a composite of two other English words.
1. Cause: a. To make things happen. b. To create an effect.
2. Ism: A doctrine or principle.
It is a body of knowledge composed where possible, of simple commonly understood words instead of the esoteric language of an elitist few and is dedicated to the emotional health of individuals, with this purpose: To assist people to be in control of their own lives and live their own dreams ‐ (in other words achieve Happiness)
The Mace Energy Method (MEM™) comprises a series of unique spiritual exercises that address and neutralise emotional pain and trauma. The word spiritual is not used in a religious sense. After the application of MEM by a trained practitioner, all emotionally traumatic incidents can be viewed simply and dispassionately as “something that happened” in keeping with this adage; although you cannot change the past you can definitely change how the past effects you now.Lear More
There is no such entity as time. Time is a nebulous element by which is meant that it cannot be detected by any of the bodily human senses such as sight, sound, touch or smell etc. As stated in one of my early writings, time is a product of motion and is therefore only an apparency!
An everyday example is a clock. When first envisaged, its function as a timepiece was entirely dependent on the movement of the hands. If the hands stopped moving, as far as the clock was concerned, the time had stopped.
The earliest timepiece that I am aware of utilised the burning of a tallow candle. Crude and inaccurate is it was, the reducing height of the candle nevertheless indicated time.
A question? What is the meaning of the expression? Suspended Animation.Lear More
There is incredible confusion in the area of emotional health concerning the nature and role of the mind and also in fact, a deeper understanding of the role it plays in life itself. It is currently confused with the brain and the psyche (the spirit) in almost every area that addresses human behaviour and well-being. To sum up, it is fair to say that nowhere are there extant definitions that distinctly describe and separate the role and function of the three entities, Mind, Body and Spirit. Incidentally, the brain is simply a part of the body, a vital element of course, but nevertheless merely a part of the body.Lear More
Returning to the main theme of religious intolerance, please understand that I am not belittling or challenging laudable Christian principles of behaviour, but simply pointing out how a powerful one-eyed body can retard the development of knowledge. In our own case, Causism™ is challenged by the beliefs and dogma of not only Psychology, but all extant emotional health regimes. Psychology is even protected by legislation in some countries. On reflection that is the gist of this article, for Causism™ quite overtly challenges the entrenched ideas of current emotional health regimes. There are numerous emotional health methodologies in society, but one for one they concentrate on manifestation and not cause. I can only repeat, “nothing happens without a cause.”Lear More
There is many historical data available concerning the handling of so-called “mental health” issues, which term is derived from the idea that the root cause of emotional problems lies in the issues, which term is derived from the idea that the root cause of emotional problems lies in the mind. The word “mental” is, of course, an English language expression coined in comparatively recent centuries. From the middle ages, Lunatic or Insane asylums were common as was the exorcising of Demons, but more “enlightened” times saw Frontal lobotomy surgery, Insulin Shock Therapies and Electro Convulsive Shock treatments. Exorcising demons was an attempt to handle cause, but it is obvious from my perspective that all the others were addressing manifestation and not cause.Lear More
To return to Charles Darwin, all his research was predominately on species other than humans. England at the time was overwhelmingly Christian so that with such a puritanical outlook prevailing it was many years before he had the courage to take his manuscript out of his cupboard where it had been gathering dust and put it into the public arena. He published it reluctantly, but that is another story. He had kept his manuscript locked in the cupboard because he was fully aware that his ideas totally opposed prevailing thinking, particularly of that within church ranks.Lear More
There is no doubt that shared knowledge is based upon a shared definition of terms, so here are definitions of two important terms or words that are fundamental to an understanding of what follows.
Science: According to the two-volume World Book Dictionary science is defined as “knowledge of facts and laws arranged in an orderly system” but it is the word ’facts’ in the definition that is of paramount importance.
Religion: From the same dictionary comes, “a belief in God or Gods”. No matter how many other dictionaries you consult, the word “belief” is universally predominant in all the definitions.Lear More
It is a law of the universe – nothing happens without a cause.
To emphasise that scientific fact, it is irrefutable that nothing just happens, there is always something that causes it to happen and the basis of all causes is the application of a form of energy. In other words, all changes, good, bad or indifferent, are caused by the application of energy in some form. This scientific fact is the cornerstone of all my research and why I eventually coined and adopted the name Mace Energy Method for our procedures, which are dedicated to an improvement in emotional health for all mankind irrespective of colour, creed or political leanings.Lear More
