How are you feeling?
The Global COVID-19 epidemic has impacted all our lives with unforeseen changes and challenges. The worldwide sense of uncertainty created fears within us about our survival and the survival of others.
At the moment, a lot of people are feeling overwhelmed: job loss; job security; concerns about food supply and other essentials; the stress; and worry about paying bills – all these can contribute to unwanted feelings that affect our ability to see things clearly and make good decisions.
The global pandemic may be triggering feelings of fear, stress, and anxiety within you. These feelings are, indeed, valid. However, most of us have been conditioned to react – rather than to feel, to observe, to listen and to act from our rational, intuitive nature – whenever someone or something triggers our emotions.
Governments and frontline responders are driving initiatives to help us cope through these uncharted waters. In solidarity with all health agencies who are committed to your well-being, we have launched the MEM Care Plan.Lear More
