Introducing a new paradigm, Causism™ along with its practical component the
Mace Energy Method™
Causism is a coined word, a composite of two other English words.
1. Cause: a. To make things happen. b. To create an effect.
2. Ism: A doctrine or principle.
It is a body of knowledge composed where possible, of simple commonly understood words instead of the esoteric language of an elitist few and is dedicated to the emotional health of individuals, with this purpose: To assist people to be in control of their own lives and live their own dreams ‐ (in other words achieve Happiness)
The Mace Energy Method (MEM™) comprises a series of unique spiritual exercises that address and neutralise emotional pain and trauma. The word spiritual is not used in a religious sense. After the application of MEM by a trained practitioner, all emotionally traumatic incidents can be viewed simply and dispassionately as “something that happened” in keeping with this adage; although you cannot change the past you can definitely change how the past effects you now.Lear More
There is no such entity as time. Time is a nebulous element by which is meant that it cannot be detected by any of the bodily human senses such as sight, sound, touch or smell etc. As stated in one of my early writings, time is a product of motion and is therefore only an apparency!
An everyday example is a clock. When first envisaged, its function as a timepiece was entirely dependent on the movement of the hands. If the hands stopped moving, as far as the clock was concerned, the time had stopped.
The earliest timepiece that I am aware of utilised the burning of a tallow candle. Crude and inaccurate is it was, the reducing height of the candle nevertheless indicated time.
A question? What is the meaning of the expression? Suspended Animation.Lear More
There is incredible confusion in the area of emotional health concerning the nature and role of the mind and also in fact, a deeper understanding of the role it plays in life itself. It is currently confused with the brain and the psyche (the spirit) in almost every area that addresses human behaviour and well-being. To sum up, it is fair to say that nowhere are there extant definitions that distinctly describe and separate the role and function of the three entities, Mind, Body and Spirit. Incidentally, the brain is simply a part of the body, a vital element of course, but nevertheless merely a part of the body.Lear More
Returning to the main theme of religious intolerance, please understand that I am not belittling or challenging laudable Christian principles of behaviour, but simply pointing out how a powerful one-eyed body can retard the development of knowledge. In our own case, Causism™ is challenged by the beliefs and dogma of not only Psychology, but all extant emotional health regimes. Psychology is even protected by legislation in some countries. On reflection that is the gist of this article, for Causism™ quite overtly challenges the entrenched ideas of current emotional health regimes. There are numerous emotional health methodologies in society, but one for one they concentrate on manifestation and not cause. I can only repeat, “nothing happens without a cause.”Lear More
There is many historical data available concerning the handling of so-called “mental health” issues, which term is derived from the idea that the root cause of emotional problems lies in the issues, which term is derived from the idea that the root cause of emotional problems lies in the mind. The word “mental” is, of course, an English language expression coined in comparatively recent centuries. From the middle ages, Lunatic or Insane asylums were common as was the exorcising of Demons, but more “enlightened” times saw Frontal lobotomy surgery, Insulin Shock Therapies and Electro Convulsive Shock treatments. Exorcising demons was an attempt to handle cause, but it is obvious from my perspective that all the others were addressing manifestation and not cause.Lear More
A major breakthrough in the efficacy and value of the Mace Energy Method was in the Productivity Procedure. Activity is fundamental to life and living, but an analysis of any activity revealed four distinct elements; decision, start, perseverance and recognition of its completion. To elaborate, some people are ditherers in that they cannot make decisions and figuratively flap around like a chicken with its head chopped off. Then there are those who having made a decision keep procrastinating about doing anything about it.Lear More
The history of the method goes back to an evening in 1959 when as a result of a mental exercise carried out under the guidance of my elder brother Eddie, I suddenly changed from a confirmed materialist to an even more confirmed spiritualist. This last word does not indicate membership of a particular group or practice but is used in its broadest sense of spiritual or personal awareness. One moment I was aware of sitting in a chair and the next moment I was not only aware of being out of my body but also exterior to the physical universe. My book “Turning upsets into positive energy” explains the incident in detail, so I will not repeat it here excerpt to say my life before and after the event is akin to chalk and cheese.Lear More
The method is the practical component of Causism™, a revolutionary body of knowledge concerning human life. Its chosen name is a combination of two common English words:
- Cause: to create an effect; to make things happen.
- -ism: a doctrine, system or principle.
The basic component of the universe is energy. The best example of this is an explosion, which causes matter to revert to its natural state, energy. Please note, the word used is revert, not convert to energy. Let us envisage a session in which the client is told, “experience the feeling, keep your attention on the feeling”, for therein is buried the answer to the conundrum about the creation of mental imagery.Lear More
