The MEM Care Plan is an emotional well-being support plan created out of solidarity with our brothers and sisters who are serving as frontline responders during this pandemic. The goal is to help everyone who needs it – including the frontline responders themselves – to get emotional well-being support so that they can navigate through these times.
The MEM Care Plan involves the application of the Mace Energy Method – a non-disclosure therapy designed to eliminate the cause of negative feelings and emotions in hours. A non-disclosure therapy is a therapy that does not require you to talk or to disclose anything, thereby allowing you to keep private details of your life intact.
These hard times, people are prone to experience all sorts of negative feelings and emotions that affect their emotional, social, physical, professional, intellectual, financial, spiritual, and environmental well-being. Through the Mace Energy Method, the cause or causes of these negative feelings and emotions are effectively ‘dis-created’ thereby permanently eliminating its effects.
WHO CAN RECEIVE CARE?
ANYONE. ANYWHERE.
The MEM Care Plan is designed for everyone who needs support in the emotional aspect of their life. These times are hard and with everything that’s going on, it is easy for someone to feel overwhelmed. This overwhelming feeling takes away the clarity that one needs in order to make logical decisions for his or herself and the people around him.
At the end of the MEM Therapy Session, a person will rediscover his or her true self, and in the process, realise the potential that he possesses in surviving adversities. With the cause of negative feelings and emotions permanently dis-created, a person now can utilise his thoughts, energy, and efforts to get through this pandemic.

FRONT LINE RESPONDERS AND CARE GIVERS
You are our heroes at times like these. And we’ll forever sing our praises. But we know that you also worry about your health and those of your loved ones. This worry or anxiety may affect your emotional well-being. Not to mention your physical well-being as you spend hours serving people in need.

EMPLOYERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS
This pandemic has paralyzed world economies. The supply chain is at risk, and people are losing their jobs. The limited or prohibited operations of your business means that you also worry about cash flow. All these may cause you to worry, affecting your emotional state, and rendering you unable to make clear decisions.

GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND DECISION-MAKERS
There is immense pressure on you right now to make the best decisions for your constituents. At the same time, you also have yourself and your families to think of. Amidst the series of decisions you need to make, you may experience an emotional block – an unnecessary element in making clear, firm, and cautious decisions.

HEADS OF FAMILIES
The greatest responsibility has always been to provide. With people being stood down, unemployment is skyrocketing and job options dwindling, you are under heavy pressure to do something right now.

SOCIAL WELFARE PROVIDERS
Your role is important in making sure that those who do not have enough get the help they need. In doing so, you may feel the physical and emotional challenges in helping people who are in need.

SENIOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS
The implications of age on physical and mental capabilities are a challenge. More so if you are a part of this pandemic’s vulnerable population. You may be going through an emotionally difficult time right now.

PEOPLE LIVING WITH MENTAL ILLNESSES
You may have been diagnosed with an existing mental condition which necessitates the need for medical maintenance. However, at times like this, access to medical care may pose a challenge. On top of that, your existing condition may give rise to other emotional well-being issues. Do not let this happen.

PEOPLE LIVING WITH PHYSICAL ILLNESSES
The COVID-19 coronavirus is comorbid with hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory diseases. This is the time to be more aware of your physical health. However, you may be anxious for your health and immunity. This anxiety may affect your emotions.

PEOPLE LIVING WITH DISABILITIES
Are you a person, do you know someone, or are you caring for someone with disabilities or special needs right now? If so, these times bring about different things that make you experience feelings and emotions you didn’t have to deal with before. This includes anxiety, stress, uncertainty, fear, and even the feeling of being threatened.

CLIENT STORIES

I have been in the Building Industry for 25 years, and everything was great. I took on a mortgage, found myself a great partner, and settled down to start a beautiful family. All was going well. I had just completed four years of renovations to my house when all of a sudden, there was an economic downturn.
Then I lost my house.
During that time, I had begun to fall into depression. It was not on the point of committing suicide, but just enough to think about it. Depression has affected me in more ways than one: I lost my cousin to it and a good friend and workmate through suicide – all without them never telling anyone something was wrong.
This now brings me to my MEM Therapy Session, because being a male in this world, I tend to hold it all in and put on another identity to fool people. The session helped me to such a degree, relieving me of my messed up mind and helping me to eliminate all the negatives I had created in thinking it was all too much to live and survive – without any self disclosure.
I now have another house, have a mortgage, and I am feeling great about myself and my life.
The session helped me so much and with the personal loss of my mates, who didn’t know a way, I decided to become a Mace Method Practitioner to assist men at work.

I am a graduate of the University of Queensland, MBBS (1981) and received my FRACGP in 1989. In 1995, a period of serious health problems kept me off work for six months. Then in 1997, a number of significant stressful events occurred, and I developed a major depression for which I received psychiatric care. It included medication, insight-oriented psychotherapy, CBT, and support from my GP, family, and friends.
After four hospitalizations in four years, I was medically retired from my work in March 2000. This, of course, was tremendously stressful for me, and my recovery has been slow. When my mood lowered again in December 2000, my father insisted that I ring you. He was delighted to learn that you could work with me via the phone.
Having worked with patients and now with myself in the area of mental health for some time, I consider myself very psychologically sophisticated and am pretty perceptive and aware of processes either as they occur or as they are explained to me. It is from this viewpoint that I talk about my experiences with you.
I uncovered the painful nitty-gritty of the ‘depression’, ‘I am no good’, ‘I’m not worth it’, ‘I’m unlovable’, ‘I eat under stress’, identities that were triggered under stress and which I could not control. As you rightly pointed out, what I resist persists. So the identity created leaves a no-win situation – unpleasant negative effects that got worse when I tried to fight them off. Thanks to working with you – they are gone. I will not recreate them.
Anyway, I feel wonderful and the times I have felt this way can only be counted in hours to a few weeks over the last four years. I am so very grateful to you. I went to a medical meeting last night and it was the best, most relaxed I have ever felt at one. I only started going back to them a couple of weeks after I started with you. I have now attended four, one a weekend one, but none in the prior 12 months. It’s very exciting looking forward to getting my life back!
With immense gratitude.

When I was introduced to John Mace, I was about 30 years into a lifelong search for self-improvement. Throughout that period, I had tried most things at some time or other and, I must say, enjoyed great benefit from some of these.
Given this experience, it doesn’t take long to spot a fake. And I must confess that the offer of processing or therapy by telephone – London to Australia – sounded a bit implausible given the background I had come from. I was prepared for this not to work but I was consumed by problems.
In spite of a lifetime of searching for answers to personal difficulties – and having found many answers en-route – things were simply not going right for me. But if I entertained doubts, they were dispelled within about ten minutes.
I knew I had discovered something extremely valuable.
Not surprising, then, that the therapy itself is dead simple. Not to mention fast. The simplest, least complicated, most straightforward ‘chatting’ with John has changed my life beyond all recognition. And it is not simply about the way I ‘feel’ but what has happened.
I was verging on being homeless. My marriage was on the rocks. I was flat broke, jobless, working every hour of every day and getting absolutely nowhere. A month later, I have a beautiful new home, a wonderful relationship with my wife, a new contract that more than pays the bills, and a business that now looks as though it will work.
This is not my imagination. This is real. Oh, and I feel good, too!
There have been a number of clear watersheds in my life. The latest was meeting John Mace. This man is up there with the very best of the best and deserves to be recognized as such.
John Mace is a genius and I am proud to call him a great friend.

I am writing to thank you firstly for giving me my life back. As you know when you met me first approximately three weeks ago at Christmas 2005, I was in a very sorry state.
I suffered from two terminal illnesses: Raynaud’s Disease and Scleroderma. Raynaud’s Disease means your blood does not circulate to the ends of your fingertips and toes. Severe attacks lead to gangrene to which I lost my fingertips.
Scleroderma means hardening of the skin (like a callous). It also affects the internal organs causing them to harden.
Both of these diseases, until now, had no known cause or cure.
Each day, I look at my hands and feet in absolute awe! Instead of being black (from lack of circulation) I now have pink hands and feet. I also suffered from severe back and leg pain. Not only has this completely disappeared but, so has my previous terminal illnesses.
With your Mace Energy Method, I am getting my quality of life back on course and this is all in a matter of weeks.
For 20 years, I have been sick, depressed and living with no quality of life at all. You, John, have given me hope, optimism, and “Health”.
In February next month, I will be 56 years of age and I am really looking forward to reaching my 100th Birthday.
Thank you again, John.
Bob H.

I am writing to let you know how the session you gave me has improved my life.
In the past 14 years, I have suffered from stress, anxiety, and panic attacks. These conditions have affected my life in many different ways. It affected my relationships with my children, my stepchildren and my wife. It also affected my social relationships, my work relationships, and it diminished my chances of gaining meaningful employment, with the result that I was mainly unemployed for the greater part of the last 14 years.
During that period, I sought help from doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, groups, and medication. I have also spent seven weeks in a clinic. This seeking of help came at a great financial burden to my wife and myself.
I hope this letter in some way explains how my life has changed and how grateful I feel towards you for helping me.
At last: no more panic attacks, no more anxiety.

I would like to thank you very much for the help you have given me to have control of my life. Before I had a MEM Therapy session with you, I was in pain every day with Fibromyalgia Syndrome, arthritis, and chronic headaches, with some days worse than others. I often got very down and depressed about the pain that was there all the time. It never let up; just burning pain all over my body. It was very debilitating at times, mainly from the Fibromyalgia, which I have suffered from for approximately 8 years.
I was taking a very strong prescription painkiller called Tramadol. The strongest available is 200 mg. I took the maximum dose every day and now thanks to you and your amazing method, I am slowly cutting down on them.
After my sessions with you, I feel more alive and aware. I have not felt so light for many years. It was though all that I had suffered in my life since childhood had been weighing me down (a major symptom of Fibromyalgia Syndrome). It was like someone was pouring wet cement all over my body. I have not felt this since my sessions!
I am over the moon.
I also feel that because I don’t feel weighed down with negative emotions, I feel much taller and that I want to live life again and with this, a great deal of extreme happiness.
Thank you, John, for assisting me to be in control of my life and live my own dreams.
Noelle

Dear Friends,
Imagine a young man laying on the floor of your waiting room office curled up in a fetal position. Abused and abandoned by family, always the black sheep he often says he wants to kill himself, calls 911 on an almost daily basis and has gone to jail because of this. Tossed around from mental health centre to centre over thousands of miles, because no one could help him, nor could anyone keep him out of hospital for more than a few days. Some suggested that he was beyond help, an institutionalized person, never to stand on his own two feet again.
Yesterday, he was helped with a Mace Session. The emotions he revealed included hurt and anger. Asked how he felt before the session, he said “angry” How did he feel after session? “Excellent!” He said with a smile. I was not aware before, that he even knew what the word meant, since beforehand he had been so low functioning.
He came crawling into the office and walked out like a man. Thank you, John Mace.
